We went because of the hype, we wanted to stay because of the love. The Earth calls to you in Colorado. You feel the pulsating of her energy in the mountains that grace the skyline. The energy of unbending strength and the softness of the lush green expanse that seems to hold you in love. It reminded me of my Mother strong and overflowing with the softest form of love. Colorado cradled us in her love.
While here I went to Manitou Springs and soaked in the most mineral rich waters, known for their healing. While at SunWater Spa I experienced Watsu. As my body danced in the heated waters visions of me as a child held in my Mother's embrace and the womb filled my soul. Love resided and lived in every inch of me. I remember thinking how safe and authentic my soul felt in this space. This journey seems to always bring me back to a Mother's love, cradled in her healing energy.
This evening as Jacob and I prepared for travel tomorrow I walked past the girls cuddled in their bed. There was Daya with her sister's body cradled in her arms, Daya singing while stroking Adrie's face. Time stood still and all was as it should be. I am growing ever confident that this type of love will heal all wounds!
