A letter to my Little Goddess Warrior on her seventh birthday.

Dear Little Goddess Warrior,

The wonder at which I behold you is infinite. How your mind knows most things adults can’t trust like magic, love without condition and the good in us all. Yet it questions endlessly that which most adults perceive as facts such as the written word, that your body has finite ability and we are separate from all. The way you greet your environment inspires with each tree hug you share and the connection you feel to each earthworm you save from a sun burnt sidewalk. How your feet meet the Earth with joy and your eyes behold each day with optimism, you are truly a Goddess.

Thank you little goddess warrior for being my greatest teacher and for offering me unconditional love and kindness daily.
